Our recipe for success is high-quality, fresh ingredients and our genuine Italian pizza, which simply tastes delicious. For all our salads, we receive fresh produce from our local suppliers every day. From lettuce and iceberg lettuce to tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, chicory, rocket and chard – everything is fresh from the merchant.
Original Italian pizza dough:
When making pizzas, we use the original Italian Top 00 pizza flour, which contributes significantly to the unique taste and success of the pizza. Fresh brewer’s yeast, water and salt are added. It is also crucial that the dough is kneaded thoroughly for around 10 minutes. For the pizza topping, we use homemade tomato sauce, mozzarella and exquisite olive oil. Seasoning: oregano or basil and other toppings as desired. We also make pizza breads and pizza sticks from our basic pizza recipe.

Our team will be happy to advise you on the various red and white wines, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks. We have the right drink for every taste.
